I'm an LCSW, CSAC, and Clinical Therapist, with over a decade of experience. Most people call me Jo, and I am happy you took the first step to get help. I have found that some people just need someone to speak to because they find it difficult to talk with the people around them for various reasons. I look forward to connecting with you.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Fort Wayne, IN, and I enjoy working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adolescents and adults, and I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

For me, therapy is helping individuals realize that they are the experts in their lives and how to live authentically. When I am not practicing therapy, I am practicing yoga, in a salt spa, reading for pleasure, writing poems, walking to get coffee or tea, attending concerts, or cooking dinner with family and friends.
