I have experience helping individuals and families process traumatic events to assist them in reducing the negative effects the symptoms of trauma can have on survivors and the people that they love.

I help clients address depression, anxiety, phobias, trauma, and PTSD using Accelerated Resolution Therapy and EMDR. I believe in being open-minded and non-judgmental when you share your personal story. Our relationship with ourselves and others has worth and is useful to explore in therapy.

I have found that school taught me the names of things in life, but life taught me those things. I am energized by spending much of my time connecting with people. I am a student of my experiences and try to learn how to live my life better from everyone I encounter.

We work together as a team. I develop treatment goals based on what you want to address, and if you agree, we'll work on them together with some homework. Therapy is about you, so if you come in having a bad day, let's talk about that.
