I have enjoyed helping children, parents, and families unite through a variety of eclectic techniques that help identify roles and teach effective communication and problem-solving skills, which provide a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

I work with adolescents and adults, specializing in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and substance use issues using an integrated evidence-based approach.

I kept going because if I didn't, who would? I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois and New Hampshire. I work with women who are exhausted in a way they cannot explain to anyone. Women who have never been able to take the mask off because they do not know who is underneath it. Who just want someone to see them. Really see them.

I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Minnesota and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), a credential granted by the Minnesota Board of Social Work. I came to the U.S. as a political refugee. These experiences have contributed to my practice.
