I have been providing therapy as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over twenty years. My experience includes providing help with grief, substance abuse, and behavioral counseling. I have been a provider in a variety of settings that include residential facilities, hospital clinics, and correctional institutions.

I offer a safe space compelled by my own authenticity. I wholeheartedly believe the process of therapy can change your life by first helping you feel understood and accepted, and second by learning (and sometimes unlearning) what is necessary to feel more aligned with your ideal sense of self and vision for your life. Welcome! I have over 25 years of counseling with couples, families, and individuals. In 2010, I earned my doctorate from St. Louis University in Counseling and Family Therapy. Since that time, I have worked in higher education, helping supervise and teach the next generation of counselors. My original passion remains - working with clients.
