I additionally utilize information related to interpersonal neurobiology and how the physical brain impacts memory and anxiety. I work a lot with patients that have experienced trauma, whether the trauma happened recently or decades ago. I am a Christian-based therapist, but I am very experienced with religious traumas and work well with those who struggle with faith.
