I have a PhD and LCSW and have specialty certification in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and nature informed practice. I have a unique little woodland oasis that regulates your nervous system while you heal, much differently than a therapy "office."

My role is to create a supportive and compassionate environment where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted. I utilize an eclectic approach that integrates psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Schema therapy.
