I am the creator of The U-Model™, a specialized framework that unifies Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I am a trauma-informed therapist specializing in major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders such as separation anxiety, GAD, OCD, ADHD, and panic disorders. I also specialize in life transitions and working with diverse populations, including minority races and the LGBTQ community.
