I am an LCSW, and I work with adults and children navigating anxiety, life transitions, and parenting stress. My approach is warm, direct, and practical, helping clients better understand themselves while building tools they can actually use day-to-day.

I work with people who have noticed patterns of thinking, feeling, or acting that are getting in the way of relationships, work, goals, or other areas of life. Often, these patterns stem from trauma or other adverse childhood experiences that get us stuck. My goal is to help you explore how these patterns developed and get unstuck.

With more than 30 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults ages 5 and older in community mental health settings. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds through a wide range of life's challenges.

I focus on creating a calm and supportive environment where you can feel safe to open up and explore. Utilizing IFS integrated with many other great modalities, we work together on understanding what’s really happening and bring deep healing from the inside out.

I am a certified trauma professional with over 10 years of experience in behavioral health, supporting children, adults, and veterans across outpatient and psychiatric settings. I have completed advanced training in Play Therapy, CBT, DBT, ERP, MI, and trauma-informed care.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, in both New York and Florida. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Social Welfare and Business from SUNY Stony Brook. I then completed her Masters of Social Work at Silberman School of Social Work at CUNY Hunter College.

I work with adults and specialize in anxiety, which may frequently manifest as overthinking, self-doubt, and burnout. I approach therapy in a structured manner, setting clear goals together while remaining flexible, allowing for a more open and personalized session.

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. It’s normal to feel nervous—therapy is a process we’ll build together over time. We’ll move at your pace, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to guide you throughout.
