I am a clinical counselor (LPCC) licensed in Ohio and Oregon with 15 years of professional work experience ranging from community, in-home, court, and private practice work with adults, teens, and families. Currently, my focus is working with adults.

I received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH: a city that taught the magic of Autumn to my Caribbean soul. I specialize in Health Across the Lifespan and have used it in a variety of settings, including university counseling settings, nursing homes, ALFs, hospitals, primary care, and outpatient clinics.

I have professional experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
