I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW, #I.0005982) with experience supporting adults and teens in child welfare, senior care, and educational advocacy. I’m married with three adult children, one with a cognitive disability. Outside work, I enjoy family, friends, travel, reading, cards, and my two dogs.

I work with adults experiencing mild to severe mental health symptoms. I understand that life can be difficult and asking for help is not easy. I am here to partner with you to address life's challenges using a holistic, strength-based, person-centered approach.

I'm passionate about helping clients find a path to healing from past experiences and present-day difficulties. I strive to learn something new daily and bring that curiosity into my work with you.

I primarily focus on person-centered therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I specialize in anxiety and depression and have a lot of experience with grief work and bereavement.

I have worked with clients from 3 to 93 years of age. I have practiced in many different settings, including outpatient mental health clinics, primary care offices, inpatient mental health units, substance use, in jails, and prisons. I have developed a well-rounded toolbox to assist my clients in achieving the life that they want to live.

I have served through outpatient counseling since 2010. I specialize in counseling individuals, couples, and families.
