I practice CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and a host of other approaches, and we, together, will decide which one or ones are best for you. I am warm and engaging, and I want my clients to feel as comfortable.

I work with people of all ages, focusing on depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and trauma. I use therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I am trained in EMDR and approach each client with compassion and partnership.

I have maintained a private counseling practice since 2000, and I continue to work with individuals and families in that capacity. I have dedicated my career to helping others and to working with the community to ensure the well-being of families and children.
