I work with adolescents and adults, and I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Houston, Texas. I will be available only for Telehealth. I work with adults only (18+) and have expertise with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. I also help with: work-life and personal/family life balance, divorce, grief, and parenting. My approaches are dependent on what a Client may need.

Throughout my career, I noticed concerns from men about their sexual health and the complexities of being a man in today's society. This became a specialization for me. In addition to sexual health, I work in partnership with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, impulse control, or substance abuse.
