I have been in practice for many years and started in the field in 1993! I practice CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and a host of other approaches, and we, together, will decide which one or ones are best for you.

I've spent years providing crisis care to children, teens, and families, and working with adults facing complex mental health challenges. When I'm not in session, I'm spending time with my family and planning my next adventure.

These adaptations may serve us temporarily, but they can hinder us as we move through life. My goal is to help you understand and build compassion toward yourself while making intentional choices as you grow.
