I practice CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and a host of other approaches, and we, together, will decide which one or ones are best for you. Most of my clients are between the ages of 20-75. My focus is working with clients to individualize their needs and find solutions as well as a sense of well-being.
