I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a master’s in social work from OSU. For over 10+ years, I have worked in the mental health field with several populations and settings. I am trained in Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Parenting Program. I have worked with children, adolescents, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma, ADHD, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, anger issues, and mood disorders.

I have spent the last several years providing direct care to clients experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression, primarily due to caregiver roles, personal/work responsibilities, chronic illness, and concerns related to aging.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy for individuals and couples in OH, TX, & HI. My work integrates relational, attachment-informed, systemic, and skills-based approaches to support lasting change. I help clients build clarity, resilience, & deeper connection in their lives and relationships.

I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Client-Centered Approach to help my clients progress and feel better.
