Counseling and coaching have been passions of mine for quite some time. My ideal client is anyone looking for direction and guidance. Do you have questions about your career, relationship, parenting skills, or the direction of your life? We will design an individualized plan that suits you.

I work with people of all ages, focusing on depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and trauma. I use therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I am trained in EMDR and approach each client with compassion and partnership.

My approach is warm and supportive, helping clients explore emotions, relationships, and stressors in ways that build insight and resilience. I have spent the last several years providing direct care to clients experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression, primarily due to caregiver roles, personal/work responsibilities, chronic illness, and concerns related to aging.

I am a LISW-S, TRCCII in Ohio, working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples and specialize in depression, stress management, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship management, trauma-informed care, and life coaching to help my clients make progress and start feeling better.

I also help with: work-life and personal/family life balance, divorce, grief, and parenting.
