I specialize in Health Across the Lifespan and have used it in a variety of settings, including university counseling settings, nursing homes, ALFs, hospitals, primary care, and outpatient clinics.

As a licensed counselor, I help individuals and couples heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, and build a life that feels like their own again. My approach blends EMDR, CBT, solution-focused therapy, couples therapy, and sex therapy.

I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a master’s in social work from OSU. For over 10+ years, I have worked in the mental health field with several populations and settings. My mission is to create a safe, affirming space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported as you work toward healing and self-acceptance.
