Welcome to my practice! I share in your anticipation and desire to start therapy, and I will work with you to develop a path to achieve your goals. I provide therapy to adolescent and adult individuals and couples. I also work with children by working with the child and their caregiver(s).

It can be difficult to reach out for help and even more difficult to admit that you could use some guidance. When you are struggling, having someone in your corner to help you overcome the hurdles in your journey can be helpful.

I have completed additional training as a Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist - Prenatal. I am open to working with children ages 5+, as well as postpartum families, Christian counseling, and premarital counseling.

I have spent the last several years providing direct care to clients experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression, primarily due to caregiver roles, personal/work responsibilities, chronic illness, and concerns related to aging.

I work with adults experiencing mild to severe mental health symptoms. I understand that life can be difficult and asking for help is not easy. I am here to partner with you to address life's challenges using a holistic, strength-based, person-centered approach.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy for individuals and couples in OH, TX, & HI. My work integrates relational, attachment-informed, systemic, and skills-based approaches to support lasting change. I help clients build clarity, resilience, & deeper connection in their lives and relationships.

I am a clinical social worker with an independent license to practice. I believe in a client-centered, strengths-based approach to working with clients. I have an extensive background working with clients who have experienced trauma, and I hold a certification as a trauma specialist. I have skills in partnering with clients.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor (LISW-S). I work with adults and adolescents. I specialize in anxiety, stress, generational trauma, and mind, body, emotion, and spiritual balance using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and other modalities to help my clients make progress towards being the best version of themselves.

Most of my clients are between the ages of 20-75. My focus is working with clients to individualize their needs and find solutions as well as a sense of well-being.

Reaching out for therapy can be difficult and anxiety-producing. I will do everything I can to help you in this process and support you. I enjoy helping people who are struggling to better understand their feelings, needs, and goals and develop strategies to get to a more comfortable and satisfying place.

My focus is on a variety of life issues that impede the unique potential of the individual. These include substance abuse and dependency, Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder, anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as major life events that happen to us all.

I am trained in Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Parenting Program. I have worked with children, adolescents, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma, ADHD, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, anger issues, and mood disorders.
