I specialize in anxiety, stress, generational trauma, and mind, body, emotion, and spiritual balance using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and other modalities to help my clients make progress towards being the best version of themselves.

Throughout my career, I noticed concerns from men about their sexual health and the complexities of being a man in today's society. This became a specialization for me. In addition to sexual health, I work in partnership with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, impulse control, or substance abuse.

I am a National Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, EMDR Therapist, and Clinical Hypnotherapist.
