I have practiced in many different settings, including outpatient mental health clinics, primary care offices, inpatient mental health units, substance use, in jails, and prisons.

I utilize a diverse variety of treatment approaches to create a unique experience for each individual client. As a therapist, I am honored daily to connect with people, help them understand themselves more fully, and see positive change occur as they become empowered to be their best selves.
