I have mainly worked with people with anxiety, depression, bipolar, and ADHD symptoms, and with individuals and couples with relationship issues. I help clients solve problems and look for ways to improve their lives through various techniques.

I serve people ages 8-108 years old through individual, family, and couples/marriage therapy. I treat anxiety, depression, thought problems, grief, trauma, high-stress work environments, and more! I offer telehealth and in-person sessions. In-person sessions have the option of having animal-assisted therapy.
