I have spent the last several years providing direct care to clients experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression, primarily due to caregiver roles, personal/work responsibilities, chronic illness, and concerns related to aging.

I work with people of all ages, focusing on depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and trauma. I use therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
