I understand that as a first responder, it is difficult to feel understood and supported. Many of us have a strong desire to protect our families and avoid sharing these experiences with them.

I have practiced in many different settings, including outpatient mental health clinics, primary care offices, inpatient mental health units, substance use, in jails, and prisons. I have developed a well-rounded toolbox to assist my clients in achieving the life that they want to live.
