Life these days can be difficult to navigate, especially when we consider all that we need to place our focus on. Relationships, child-rearing, finances, job stress, and life transitions can cause a huge amount of distress and, at times, may seem overwhelming when we don't have the skills necessary to navigate through them, but there is hope!

Most of my clients are between the ages of 20-75. My focus is working with clients to individualize their needs and find solutions as well as a sense of well-being.
