I have worked with children, adolescents, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma, ADHD, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, anger issues, and mood disorders.

I specialize in anxiety, stress, generational trauma, and mind, body, emotion, and spiritual balance using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and other modalities to help my clients make progress towards being the best version of themselves.

I am a clinical social worker with an independent license to practice. I believe in a client-centered, strengths-based approach to working with clients. I have an extensive background working with clients who have experienced trauma, and I hold a certification as a trauma specialist. I have skills in partnering with clients.

My focus is on a variety of life issues that impede the unique potential of the individual. These include substance abuse and dependency, Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder, anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as major life events that happen to us all.

I have completed additional training as a Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist - Prenatal. I am open to working with children ages 5+, as well as postpartum families, Christian counseling, and premarital counseling.
