I practice CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and a host of other approaches, and we, together, will decide which one or ones are best for you. I have worked with clients from 3 to 93 years of age. I have practiced in many different settings, including outpatient mental health clinics, primary care offices, inpatient mental health units, substance use, in jails, and prisons. I have developed a well-rounded toolbox to assist my clients in achieving the life that they want to live.

Throughout my career, I noticed concerns from men about their sexual health and the complexities of being a man in today's society. This became a specialization for me. In addition to sexual health, I work in partnership with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, impulse control, or substance abuse.

I serve people ages 8-108 years old through individual, family, and couples/marriage therapy. I treat anxiety, depression, thought problems, grief, trauma, high-stress work environments, and more! I offer telehealth and in-person sessions. In-person sessions have the option of having animal-assisted therapy.
