In addition to sexual health, I work in partnership with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, impulse control, or substance abuse.

I am a Texas LPC. I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field in various roles. I have a deep passion for working with people experiencing the effects of trauma. People are often nervous about beginning therapy; either they don't know what to expect, or they've had some bad experiences in the past.

I have maintained a private counseling practice since 2000, and I continue to work with individuals and families in that capacity. I have dedicated my career to helping others and to working with the community to ensure the well-being of families and children.
