I work with adolescents and adults, specializing in stress, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients find positive solutions to start feeling better.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with supervisory designation and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor, providing therapy services. My background includes working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients to address concerns related to substance use, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and many other conditions.
