I practice CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and a host of other approaches, and we, together, will decide which one or ones are best for you. I am warm and engaging, and I want my clients to feel as comfortable.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I approach therapy from an attachment theory and a cognitive-behavioral approach. I have worked in social services with individuals and families since 1995. I have served through outpatient counseling since 2010. I specialize in counseling individuals, couples, and families.

I am a neurodivergent therapist who has been practicing for over 20 years. I have always been drawn to and supportive of other humans who color outside of the lines. Prioritizing yourself by seeking help is huge, and I would be honored to support you on your therapy journey.

I am trained in Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Parenting Program. As a therapist, I have a holistic approach to helping my clients heal. I see individual adults, children aged 13 to 18 years old, and couples.

I have completed additional training as a Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist - Prenatal. I am open to working with children ages 5+, as well as postpartum families, Christian counseling, and premarital counseling.
