I am an independently Licensed Social Worker and an independently licensed chemical dependency counselor with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. I have extensive experience in working with a wide range of issues, including building self-esteem and empowerment, anger management, stress management, and more.

I primarily focus on person-centered therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I specialize in anxiety and depression and have a lot of experience with grief work and bereavement.

I have completed additional training as a Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist - Prenatal. I am open to working with children ages 5+, as well as postpartum families, Christian counseling, and premarital counseling.

I am licensed in Ohio and board-certified as a Counseling Psychologist, which is a sub-specialty in professional psychology that focuses on facilitating personal and interpersonal functioning across the life span. My specialty pays attention to emotional, interpersonal, vocational, health-related, and organizational challenges and adjustments.

I have worked with clients from 3 to 93 years of age. I have practiced in many different settings, including outpatient mental health clinics, primary care offices, inpatient mental health units, substance use, in jails, and prisons. I have developed a well-rounded toolbox to assist my clients in achieving the life that they want to live.

With extensive experience working with elementary through high school children, I have developed a passion for helping students understand their emotions and gain a sense of control over their actions.
