I am Nathaniel "Nate" Alexander, a National Board Certified multi-state Licensed Mental Health Professional, Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider, as well as a Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP), and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, and I am here to help you "help you" in the wonderful world of therapy.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor (LISW-S). I work with adults and adolescents. I specialize in anxiety, stress, generational trauma, and mind, body, emotion, and spiritual balance using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and other modalities to help my clients make progress towards being the best version of themselves.
