I work with clients from diverse backgrounds facing anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and trauma. My counseling style is interactive, empathetic, client-centered, and holistic in a non-judgmental, safe space.

I serve people ages 8-108 years old through individual, family, and couples/marriage therapy. I treat anxiety, depression, thought problems, grief, trauma, high-stress work environments, and more! I offer telehealth and in-person sessions. In-person sessions have the option of having animal-assisted therapy.

I help people strengthen their emotional intelligence, deepen empathy, and break free from the "buttons" that trigger shame, rejection, control, abandonment, and failure. My approach gives clients the tools to manage emotions, build healthier connections, and create lasting change in their lives.

I practice CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and a host of other approaches, and we, together, will decide which one or ones are best for you.
