I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, ADHD, trauma, addiction, and men’s mental health. I serve people ages 8-108 years old through individual, family, and couples/marriage therapy. I treat anxiety, depression, thought problems, grief, trauma, high-stress work environments, and more! I offer telehealth and in-person sessions. In-person sessions have the option of having animal-assisted therapy.

My work has included therapy with adults, youths, and the geriatric population. I strive to learn about the client's concerns and goals while providing an atmosphere of support.
