Welcome to my practice! I share in your anticipation and desire to start therapy, and I will work with you to develop a path to achieve your goals. I provide therapy to adolescent and adult individuals and couples. I also work with children by working with the child and their caregiver(s).

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 17 years of experience working in various settings such as schools, hospitals, community mental health centers, and private practice. I treat people of all ages, from younger children to older adults, and a variety of concerns, including PTSD, childhood trauma, interpersonal problems, and more.

I’m here to offer a kind, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and truly cared for. My practice focuses on helping you navigate life’s challenges with compassion and confidence, one step at a time.

I am a National Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, EMDR Therapist, and Clinical Hypnotherapist. As a Dallas Counseling provider, I specialize in Psychotherapy, EMDR Therapy.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with supervisory designation and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor, providing therapy services. My background includes working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients to address concerns related to substance use, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and many other conditions.

I’m a licensed professional clinical counselor who works primarily with adults, veterans, and first responders, focusing on anxiety, trauma, and substance use. My practice is practical and skills-based, using CBT, REBT, mindfulness, and behavioral strategies to help clients build autonomy, resilience, and real-world functioning.

My specialty pays attention to emotional, interpersonal, vocational, health-related, and organizational challenges and adjustments.
