I work with adults and specialize in anxiety/stress, trauma (including religious trauma), and men's issues utilizing approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT, among others.

I offer a trauma-informed, collaborative approach to therapy for children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, and life transitions. My work integrates EMDR, somatic therapy, play therapy, and evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT, always tailored to the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
