I grew up in a Latino family, surrounded by military members, and spent summers with my mom on communes in Oregon. This gave me a wide understanding of humankind. I am a clinical supervisor/counselor whose focus includes trauma, healing the inner child, changing survival skills to thrive skills, inner critic ninja skills, and freedom from shame.

We've all had difficult experiences. These experiences can cause pain and suffering. I believe we can heal from these experiences and grow from them, becoming more of who we truly are and want to be. I have worked with a large range of life circumstances, including anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, LGBT issues, and loss.

I am semi-retired and have worked in Mental Health for over 30 years. I am trained in Trauma, Addiction, and Mood Disorders. I'm fairly straightforward in my technique and enjoy teaching relaxation and coping skills to lessen anxiety and empower others to achieve their goals.
