I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Mississippi, Texas, and Oregon. I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and major life transitions by providing practical tools, emotional support, and a safe space to heal and grow.

Starting therapy can be incredibly difficult and scary. I try to ease that difficulty and discomfort by bringing compassion, authenticity, and curiosity to the therapy space. I help support clients through whatever challenges they are facing to be able to realize the version of themselves they hope to be.

My approach is to listen with compassion and understanding, and the knowledge that when someone takes the step to come to therapy, they do so from a position of strength. I studied at Boise State University where I obtained a Master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on working with marginalized communities. I am a licensed clinical social worker, and I am also certified in mediation.

I offer culturally focused care to BIPOC clients—Black, Indigenous, or People of color or culture. My specialty is working with Native American Indians and Indigenous peoples. I am a trauma treatment specialist and skilled co-occurring provider. I also help professionals, first responders, and those needing help with vicarious trauma.
