I have been working in the mental healthe field for forty years on a variety of issues; anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and co-morbid medical concerns to name a few.

I grew up in a Latino family, surrounded by military members, and spent summers with my mom on communes in Oregon. This gave me a wide understanding of humankind. I am a clinical supervisor/counselor whose focus includes trauma, healing the inner child, changing survival skills to thrive skills, inner critic ninja skills, and freedom from shame.
