I am semi-retired and have worked in Mental Health for over 30 years. I am trained in Trauma, Addiction, and Mood Disorders. I'm fairly straightforward in my technique and enjoy teaching relaxation and coping skills to lessen anxiety and empower others to achieve their goals.

I’m a licensed therapist with 18+ years of experience helping high-achieving adults navigate trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and burnout. I offer a warm, collaborative space where we use approaches like EMDR, IFS, and CBT to create meaningful, lasting change—not just short-term coping. My goal is to help you feel more grounded and secure.

Obtained her Doctor of Psychology degree from California Southern University and holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Webster University. She has been accredited as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2013. Specializes in Addiction, Anger Management, Mental Health Issues, Anxiety, and depression.
