I know what it's like to lose a pet you loved. I work with adults who have experienced the loss of their pet and with ongoing challenges with anxiety and depression.

I am licensed in Minnesota, Oregon, New York, and Washington. With over 30 years in the helping professions, I have worked in many settings, including street outreach, community programs, inpatient and outpatient treatment programs, and private practice.

Taking the step to seek support is significant, and I want to acknowledge your courage in being here. My primary focus is building a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe and confident as we work together. I see myself as a supportive member of your team, helping you move forward at your own pace.

I support adults through life's most challenging transitions with trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. I focus on serving the BIPOC community, military personnel, and first responders. While I enjoy working with a variety of populations, I am especially passionate about supporting individuals facing aging and medical diseases, grief and loss issues, and anxiety and mood disorders. My goal is to provide a safe, structured environment where clients can navigate challenges, gain insight, and work toward meaningful recovery.
