I can be both blunt and gentle as appropriate. My life's work can be summed up in three words: "offering people hope".

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker experienced in working with individuals navigating both substance use, serious mental illness, and a variety of mental health concerns. I received my MSW from the University of Kentucky and specialized in Clinical Social Work. I’m truly passionate about helping people find their own way through recovery.

The majority of my clients include teens, adults, and couples. My specializations include anxiety, depression, human sexuality, LGBTQIA+ issues, and trauma. I have experience working with people who have survived sexual assault and intimate partner violence.
