I have been practicing as a social worker since 2021. I am a LISW-CP and I am a Certified Personality Disorder Treatment provider (C-PD) and I am Certified in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT).

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor with over 17 years of experience helping adolescents and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and typical life stressors and transitions. My speciality areas include adult survivors of childhood abuse/neglect and domestic violence.

A native of Charleston, South Carolina. I have provided counseling for the past 35 years (27 years of that in private practice). I graduated from St. Andrews Parish High School and the College of Charleston before receiving my master's degree in clinical counseling from The Citadel.
