A native of Charleston, South Carolina. I have provided counseling for the past 35 years (27 years of that in private practice). I graduated from St. Andrews Parish High School and the College of Charleston before receiving my master's degree in clinical counseling from The Citadel.

I help adults break free from unhealthy patterns and destructive behaviors that prevent them from living authentically. My warm, interactive style creates a safe space where you can explore what's holding you back and move toward a more fulfilling life.
