A native of Charleston, South Carolina. I have provided counseling for the past 35 years (27 years of that in private practice). I graduated from St. Andrews Parish High School and the College of Charleston before receiving my master's degree in clinical counseling from The Citadel.

I am an LPC. I offer virtual therapy for individuals and couples across South Carolina, creating a warm, supportive space to navigate anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions while building practical tools, confidence, and meaningful growth along the way.

I'm excited to support you on this journey. I primarily work with adolescents and young adults, but I also work with adults of all ages navigating life's challenges.
