I am a licensed clinical therapist who works with adults seeking overall mental well-being, inner calm, and stability. Many of my clients are individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, life transitions, and chronic stress. I am very compassionate, and I’m able to hold space for you as we work together.

Her goal is to partner with her clients as they travel on their journey to healing from trauma, grief, relationship issues, and depression.
