A native of Charleston, South Carolina. I have provided counseling for the past 35 years (27 years of that in private practice). I graduated from St. Andrews Parish High School and the College of Charleston before receiving my master's degree in clinical counseling from The Citadel.

Most of the individuals who seek the help of a therapist have tried everything they know how to do, but it just isn't working for them. It is the task of an effective therapist to listen to your concerns and develop ways to assist you in learning better ways of dealing with problems that have bothered you currently and in the past. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in individual psychotherapy for adults. I have extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.

I am an LMFT licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. My journey began in 2006 as an intern at the Marriage and Family Institute in Abilene, Texas. After 13 years of gaining experience at local agencies, I now love working in private practice!
