I’m a licensed therapist with more than 25 years of clinical experience. I provide a safe, supportive, judgment-free space where we work together to create meaningful change. My experience includes trauma, abuse, addiction, grief, anxiety, depression, and first responder and law-enforcement concerns.

I am an LMFT licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. My journey began in 2006 as an intern at the Marriage and Family Institute in Abilene, Texas. After 13 years of gaining experience at local agencies, I now love working in private practice!

I have a Bachelor’s of Social Work from the University of South Florida and Master’s of Social Work form Saint Leo University, graduating in August 2021. I have been practicing as a social worker since 2021. I am a LISW-CP and I am a Certified Personality Disorder Treatment provider (C-PD) and I am Certified in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT).

Recognizing the need to share your vulnerability can be difficult and overwhelming, and not knowing how to move forward leaves us stuck and unable to creatively think of solutions. I assist clients in building solutions to cope, prosper, and enjoy what is present.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 11 years of experience. I’m licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. My experience began in a dual-diagnosis hospital with adolescents facing chronic illness and mental health challenges. I have lived a long and colorful life. I've made good and bad choices. I have 22+ years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse treatment field. I DO NOT JUDGE, AT ALL, PERIOD.
