I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 11 years of experience. I’m licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. My experience began in a dual-diagnosis hospital with adolescents facing chronic illness and mental health challenges. "Social work chose me as a way to live out my purpose of helping others find hope and healing".

I know how overwhelming it can feel when life changes faster than you can keep up. I help adults find balance, confidence, and clarity through genuine, down-to-earth conversations that make space for growth without the pressure to have it all figured out.

I utilize Christian Counseling and an Eclectic approach (a combination of talk therapy and somatic/holistic practices). I have experience working with a wide range of individuals, with my most recent experience including college students and young adults.

I believe in an integrative approach to therapy, meeting people where they're at with techniques that will be beneficial for them. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
