I work with children, adolescents, and young adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, panic attacks, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, and behavioral challenges.

My counseling journey began following personal experiences that deepened my curiosity about human resiliency. The desire to help others find inner strength when facing life's unimaginable challenges became my life's purpose. Personal tragedy helped deepen my understanding of human resilience and the importance of connection.
