I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor who specializes in supporting children, teens, young adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. I am an independent licensed social worker in clinical practice. My previous work experience has been in mental health in the community and the prison system. I have also worked in a hospice providing grief counseling.

I work with children, adolescents, and young adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, panic attacks, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, and behavioral challenges. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy, I support clients in making progress and feeling better.

I believe everyone has the answers they seek inside of them, and it's my job to help you get to the answers. In my spare time, I play golf and guitar, and walk on the beach.

I am an LMFT licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. My journey began in 2006 as an intern at the Marriage and Family Institute in Abilene, Texas. After 13 years of gaining experience at local agencies, I now love working in private practice!
